Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Director at our corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a hybrid in office/remote position.

The Accounts Receivable Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts receivable function within the organization. This individual will manage a team of professionals, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collection, reconciliation, and reporting of receivables in compliance with government regulations and contractual obligations. Additionally, the director will play a pivotal role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing a robust accounts receivable application to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in accounts receivalbe management, preferably within a government contracting or healthcare environment
  • Proven experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing accounts receivable applications or ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of government regulations, compliance requirements, and contract administration
