Overview

Total Rewards Sr. Manager
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of The Judge Group compensation and benefits package. Oversees the team responsible for administering health, wealth, and wellness programs while serving as the compensation expert and compensation program administrator for the organization. Collaborates with EVP of HR and other department leaders to create and execute total rewards programs that attract, engage, and retain employees. Reports to the EVP of Human Resources. Located in Wayne. PA.

Responsibilities

Compensation Management - 70%
* Partners with EVP of HR and other leaders in the evolution of company and division compensation programs and policies. Develops and implements compensation plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Administers compensation programs including, but not limited to, base salary, short term incentives and long-term incentives.
* Facilitates mid-year and annual compensation review processes
* Maintains salary bands and compensation plans for the organization and each division
* Monitors compensation data and ensures market competitiveness, alignment with company goals and compensation philosophy, internal pay equity, and compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements and laws.
* Participates in salary surveys and annually benchmarks the organization's compensation and benefits practices against the external market
* Prepares and maintains reports, dashboards, and documentation on compensation data and metrics.
* Reviews job descriptions and creates salary bands for new and revised roles
* Prepares and presents executive level reports on compensation data and activities
* Leads compensation projects and implements solutions
* Partners with other teams including HRIS and Talent Acquisition

Benefits Administration - 30%
* Collaborates with EVP of HR and executive leadership to define the overall benefits strategy. Researches and analyzes industry trends and benchmark data to evolve competitiveness of company benefit programs while ensuring compliance
* Conducts employees feedback survey to determine employee interest. Designs benefit plans that cater to the diverse needs of the workforce. Evaluates and recommends improvements to existing benefit plans. Ensures that benefit offerings comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Monitors and analyzes benefit usage and costs. Recommends solutions to enhance employee usage and cost effectiveness of programs
* Oversees all activities related to benefits administration including health, wellness, retirement, and other related programs. Evaluates and implements opportunities to improve process and data integrity
* Oversees relationships with benefit vendors, negotiates contracts, and monitors service levels
* Oversees processes for benefits enrollment, communication, and education
* Utilizes data analytics to assess the effectiveness of benefit programs and identifies areas for improvement. Makes data-driven recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience.
* Oversees the preparation and submission of compliance reports and documents (5500's, 1095's, etc.) as required for health and welfare and retirement programs
* Evolves employee wellness programs at both the corporate and local levels
* Prepares and presents executive level reports on benefits data and activities
* Leads benefits team. Provides vision and direction. Organizes and plans work. Develops team competencies by sharing expertise in benefits and providing regular coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or related field
* Total Rewards Certification preferred or one of the following certifications plus significant work experience in the other domain - Certified Benefits Professional (CBP/CBEP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
* 7+ years of progressive experience in Benefits and Compensation design and administration
* At least 3 years supervisory experience
* In-depth knowledge benefits design principles, laws, and practices including cost benefit analysis
* Solid working knowledge of compensations programs and processes including experience working with sales commission plans and long term incentive plans
* Working knowledge of HRIS-Payroll integrated systems (UKG preferred)
* Advanced MS Excel. Proficient in MS PPT
* Desire and ability to serve as an individual contributor while also leading a team
* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Leadership skills and the desire to coach and develop team
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
