About The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Director to own and drive All Access and WeWork Workplace sales for WeWork clients. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with Leasing and Accounts sales organizations to uncover potential opportunities and grow All Access and Workplace product pipeline

  • Own and drive highly complex All Access and Workplace transactions in collaboration with Leasing and Accounts sales reps

  • Ensure All Access and Workplace opportunity pipelines are consistently up to date and provide timely forecasts

  • Work closely with pre-sales technical team and Customer Success Managers to progress deals and scale All Access and Workplace accounts

  • Position the value of WeWork All Access / Workplace and the future of flexible work through tailored presentations and product demonstrations

  • Mentor and coach Account Executives within the Workplace team

  • Partner with sales leadership to own and drive internal and external strategic initiatives for All All Access and Workplace

  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to members

  • Provide unmatched customer service to members to ensure the best possible member experience

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 6+ years of professional experience in sales, account management or related industry

  • Comfortable using CRM platforms - Salesforce experience highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales

  • Experience in high growth SaaS is highly desirable

  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality

  • Experience managing individual contributors preferred

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills

  • Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay and Incentive Compensation: $80,625 - $95,000 annual salary, plus variable incentive pay with on target earnings of $161,250 - $190,000.

WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role which sets forth the terms of the variable incentive pay and target earnings described above. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.
