This position performs janitorial functions for the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in order to meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

This is a 1st shift position.

Pay range is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour depending upon experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cleans the building by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and surfaces, and cleaning windows
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors and restocks with supplies
• Maintains cleanliness of lunch, conference, and training rooms
• Organizes and keeps janitorial cleaning chemical storage area clean and maintains current cleaning chemical and supply inventory
• Performs minor repairs and or reports safety concerns, as needed
• Maintains exterior grounds and employee areas (smoking, parking lot, activity areas)
• Collects trash throughout the interior and exterior of the building by emptying trash cans, and recycling bins and disposal of waste properly
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good communication skills
