Job Description

Torch is seeking a Program Control technician to provide advice and assistance in the areas of acquisition, engineering and technical support for the design, development and testing of a new nuclear technology under the NDB office.

The Contractor shall advise and assist with the development of planning documents, weapon system delivery and deployment plans, provide technical advice and assistance in acquisition developmental planning products, source

selection tasks, T&E engineering products, and capability-based assessments. The selected candidate shall offer seasoned expertise in engineering and technical services, encompassing design, development, production, operation, and

maintenance to support the NDB office.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the creation and enhancement of diverse briefings and schedules outlining program statusand acquisition milestones for senior management.
  • Creates presentations to bolster decision-making milestones within the acquisition process.
  • Assists in program management evaluations, high-level meetings, and reviews, including assessments of Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Formulates, assesses, and executes program procurement strategies in alignment with DoD 5000.2 directives.
Job Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an active SECRET DoD security clearance.
  • Must be eligible for a Top Secret clearance. Must maintain clearance at required level.
  • Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree. *
  • Must have at least 3 to 10 or more years in related acquisition experience.
  • Must be familiar with DoD Acquisition processes or project management professional principles.
  • Must have advanced programs experience.

Schedule: 40 Hrs/week
