Description

The Rental Digital Coordinator will assist Thompson Rents rental reps, rental coordinators, and branch managers with customer portal access request. The rental digital coordinator will have responsible in assisting Thompson Rents employees with customers training, following up on directly with customer on portal request. The rental digital coordinator will also qualify in coming lead and passing these to the appropriate personnel for follow up. The rental digital coordinator must demonstrate initiative, resiliency, sense of urgency, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner.

Essential Responsibilities & Expectations

* Perform research and analysis to identify new prospects and opportunities.

* Support the rental reps, rental coordinators, and branch managers in qualifying and following up on rental and sales leads that are generated by outside sources.

* Track all incoming leads and record lead closure rate and report to General Manager weekly.

* Track all incoming customer portal request and report to General Manager weekly.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelors (preferred)

Experience
College degree / 2-4 years relative experience. Experience using personal computers with basic typing skills is required. The successful candidate must possess the ability to quickly acquire the following required skills and competencies: * Selling skills * Relationship building skills * Problem resolution skills * Basic mechanical and parts identification skills * Excellent written communication skills * Basic computing skills including Microsoft Office (required)
