Summary:
As the HR Manager in Alaska, you will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources for multiple remote Alaska shore plants. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and forward-thinking HR professional who has proven success with all core functions of HR as well as possess a positive and "hands-on" attitude.
This is a full time, hybrid position that requires being onsite in our various shore plant locations in Alaska during the various fishing seasons.

Work Environment:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work is subject to frequent unscheduled interruptions.
