Job Description

Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Plant Project & Financial Services

Support capital project management through strong cross functional partnerships to support the growth and strength of our operations. Leverage your time management and technical analysis skills to drive business results and accurate financial reporting.

Location: Orrville, OH

Work Arrangements: hybrid, minimum 30% in office expectation

  • Support the tracking of capital spend, validation of return on investments before and after completion of capital projects, and reporting.

  • Conduct strategic analyses to prioritize projects in partnership with our Operations teams.

  • Support of close and forecast processes for capital spend across all SBAs, including fixed asset subledger close process, management of capital projects, balance sheet and income statement account analyses and review of account reconciliations.

  • Assist with reporting of key performance metrics to support delivery of the business.

  • Key finance contact for all lease activity (plant and corporate) including reconciliations and reporting.

  • Support of capital aspects of strategic projects, including acquisitions and divestitures, as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and corporate policies within functional area and internal control and audit support.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 4+ years of Finance or Accounting experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Highly organized and highest standards of accuracy and precision

  • Proven cross collaboration and relationship building skills

  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, drive change, and meet deadlines
