RESPONSIBILITIES

Driver/Owner Operator Pay

  • Preparation
  • Process payroll-Drivers
  • Process Shuttle Drivers
  • Track guarantee pay for new drivers
  • Processing all owner op loads
  • Processing all fuel surcharge on loads

Obtaining paperwork

  • Verifying all paperwork
  • Follow-up on missing paperwork
  • Cell Phone Pay
  • Holiday Pay
  • Miscellaneous Charge and reimbursement receipts

Carrier Invoices

  • Receive, Check, Scan, Enter Payment, Pay Invoice, File and Box

Cash

  • Verify daily balances
  • Post all cash (ACH and Hand Deposits)

Assets

  • Plates
  • Permit Books
  • EzPass tracking
  • Prepass tracking
  • Maintenance tracking
  • Titling
  • Audits
  • Permit Filing

Invoice Uploading

  • Assist with uploading invoices to customer portals

Miscellaneous Payroll/Accounting Clerk tasks

  • Answer all payroll questions
  • Process weekly hourly/salary payroll numbers
  • Fuel tax processing monthly/quarterly
  • Miscellaneous reports for payroll/assets/carriers
  • Vacation and personal day tracking/payout
  • Indexing
  • Month End JEs for payroll

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma; Associates Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of payroll- Driver payroll experienced preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Computer Skills: MS OFFICE, AS400, EBE
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Responsible for monitoring, record keeping and taking appropriate actions for specific Food Safety Plan and Food Quality Plan and pre requisite program requirements.
  • Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management.
