North Highland is seeking to hire a Sr. Program Manager to help our retail industry clients transform their business initiatives for their SAP S/4 Hana enterprise-wide systems.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN
North Highland is seeking to hire a Sr. Program Manager to help our retail industry clients transform their business initiatives for their SAP S/4 Hana enterprise-wide systems.
YOU WILL:
- Guide teams in the development of impactful deliverables for multiple work streams that create long-term change.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders that support ongoing projects and open the door to growth opportunities.
- Identify the complex problems facing our clients and build plans that creatively address their challenges.
- Update and manage Asana, manage teams, manage project schedules, and manage RAID logs.
- Put your team's best ideas into action through planning and management; uncover gaps and omissions that may exist in a plan or deliverables.
- 6-10+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
- Strong PM skills with Agile and waterfall experience
- SAP S4 Hana experience preferred or large-scale system implementations experience managing multiple Digital projects. Directing, managing, planning, and administering the operational and administrative activities for project teams.
- Strong communicator at all levels of an organization.
- Strong PowerPoint experience, needed to create decks for meetings.
- Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or professional certifications are bonuses.
