Job Description

Summary:

Report automation, ensuring data integrity, and identifying opportunities for cost savings within our supply chain operations. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain process. Will also play a pivotal role in implementing best practices and assisting in the development of our logistics program.


Accountabilities:

Manage data and information flow to the field offices along with offer-streamlined processes

Assist team with optimum transport method for internal transfers

Reconcile US Customs ACH account in cooperation with finance

Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to generate actionable insights and drive informed decision-making

Team collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Build and automate reporting using Power BI and Cloud based software

Ability to show leadership and patience when working in high stress situations

Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain to optimize operational efficiency and drive financial savings

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of logistics initiatives and identify areas for further improvement

Lead quarterly project to drive final mile costs down based on current market conditions

Build and lead logistics leakage reporting for organization

Assist with vendor management and help support field offices

Drive change in organization to assist with lower cost and smoother processes for end users


What makes you stand out:

-Self-starting individual that is computer savvy and has a willingness to learn.

-3-5 years of logistics experience in a fast-moving organization.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

-Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
