Distribution Systems Technician I Salisbury, MD

What you'll be working on...

  • General installation, maintenance and upkeep of Company facilities
  • Maintain assigned vehicle, tools and equipment
  • Maintains Company grounds and facilities
  • Assist Distribution System Technicians II and III in performance of duties
  • Assist in Peak Shaving
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are...

  • Knowledgeable of Company safety rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Keen sense of smell.
  • Knowledgeable in safe operation of tools and equipment and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Basic principals of natural and propane gas.
  • Operator Qualified for position.
  • Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) for combination vehicles and air brakes preferred with responsible driving history.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Conscientious work ethic.

Where you'll be working...

  • Outside mostly in construction type setting
  • Very physical requiring all types of movement and ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Working around potentially flammable substances
