Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our aviation operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee processes, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with our program's vision and goals.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of instructors, programmers, and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
* Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including funding, office space, instructor cadre, and equipment.
* Efficiency Enhancement: Identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Emergency Preparedness: Understand and support emergency response plans to handle unforeseen situations.
* Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain seamless operations.
* Budget Oversight: Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-effective solutions.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management.
* Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in business software and scheduling tools.
* Proven track record of successful team management.
