ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to District Managers via Microsoft applications, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Provide analytical support to Power Delivery team via TrueContect Forms, PowerBI, SharePoint Lists, and Microsoft Excel.
- Assists with Power Delivery Reliability records management to ensure that all records are retained in a correct network location.
- Provide administrative support by helping to align AECC asset naming conventions within EAMS and Excel trackers.
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining test evidence for all transmission assets, including NERC.
- Keeps supervisor informed at all times of matters important to the Cooperative, particularly where member cooperatives or other power supplies are involved.
- Attends seminars and workshops on job-related subjects as directed.
- Assists and provides administrative support to Power Delivery staff in the performance of their duties with technical and other assistance as directed.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Mathematics, Engineering Technology, Computer Science or a similar related field or 1 + years of experience in a data-driven environment or comparable work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Ability to analyze and interpret trends and report data.
- Ability to learn and utilize new engineering software.
- Valid driver's license
