Job Description
Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is hiring a Computer System Analyst to support one of our government customers located in Southern Maryland at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Sabre will provide technical, provide technical, analytical, and managerial support for the PEO(A) Advanced Development Team (ADT) in the following areas: Program Management, General/Technical Support; Operations Support; Cybersecurity/Information Assurance; Application Integration; Cloud Services; Data Architecture, Design Engineering, and Management Support; Digital Solutions and Technology Development and Acceleration/Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) Support; and Virtual / Digital Integrated Modeling Environment (IME) and Capability Based Acquisition (CBA) Support. The selected candidate will:

  • Deploy and maintain end user workstations and desktops
  • Deploy and maintain network printers and other peripherals as needed
  • Respond promptly to end user tickets and requests for support or service
  • Deploy and maintain physical and virtual hardware infrastructure
  • Perform routine maintenance and configuration changes to various physical and virtual hosts
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues on servers, workstations and IT equipment
  • Maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Deploy and maintain software applications
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Maintain documentation to include knowledge base, incident response actions, system configurations, and other information related to system administration
  • Provide technical support to customers, ranging from resolving technical issues to providing guidance and best-practices
  • Secure information systems and applications to current DoD guidance
  • Maintain configuration and security posture of information systems through continuous monitoring and routine security events/reporting
  • Participate in project planning using Agile methodology

Desired Skillsets:

  • Application administration (NoMagic Teamwork Cloud, Atlassian Tool Suite)
  • Familiarization with DoD RMF process and policies
  • 8570 Compliant
  • Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
  • Security+ Certification


Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in an IT related field and three (3) years of related work experince is required
  • Responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions
  • Security+ certificaiton is required
  • An Active Secret w/SSBI (T5) investigation OR TS clearance is required
  • Selected candidate will need to pass a background investigation
  • Must be a US Citizen
