Your role as Project Manager

You will manage the delivery of simple to medium complexity projects.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for projects managed from client briefing to delivery, working with the senior project management team to ensure projects are accurately scoped, and problem-solve around issues as they arise.

This is a hybrid role and you will report to an Associate Director, Project Management.

You will:

Brand

• Manage a book of projects on one or more brands from client briefing to completion
• Develop relationships across all departments; possess strong listening skills and good judgment when selecting methods of communication
• Work with manager to prioritize and reprioritize
• Develop detailed project plans
• Prepare client-friendly estimates, including detailed assumptions and exclusions
• Facilitate all internal brand meetings, and creates and distributes detailed contact reports
• Prepare and maintain detailed risk logs, providing team with alerts and recommendations to mitigate risk
• Manage projects across print and digital channels
• Attend client meetings and speak to project specifics as needed
• Manage shared resources, responsible for forecasting and securing shared resources based on brand/project needs with oversight from Associate Director, Project Management

Finance

• Monitor project health and analyzes project burn to assess overages
• Investigate and provide the rationale for projects running hotter/cooler than estimated
• Work with manager to develop solutions to mitigate risk
• Depend on brand assignment, prepares weekly finance meeting documents and leads weekly meeting, responsible for ensuring all action items completed
• Prepare monthly forecast for owned projects
• Work with client finance to reconcile and close out completed projects

Agency

• Support the PM department by contributing to initiatives to improve process and workflows

Qualifications include (but are not limited to)

• 3+ years of project management experience in an advertising agency environment
• Previous healthcare marketing experience required
