Job Description
Sustain, improve, and develop Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes in a volume manufacturing facility. Lead a team of highly motivated and experienced CMP process technicians to sustain 24/7 manufacturing operations with integrity and mutual respect. Partner with operations, equipment engineering support, integration band R&D to deliver products on time to customer specification. Interface with global counterparts to benchmark and improve Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes and procedures company wide. Create and/or modify operations specifications.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
* 3-5 years experience in semiconductor industry
* Lead critical projects for process improvement
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Knowledge of lean six-sigma principles and SPC for process control
