Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Grant Manager in Los Angeles, California


  • Extensive experience working with funding agencies at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Experience in various phases of grants management process (allocation, obligation, reimbursement)
  • Implementation of each grant to be in compliance with grants agreements and guidelines.
  • Preparation of project documentation to verify compliance with grant requirements.
  • Experience working with funding agencies such as FHWA and Caltrans LAPG (Local Assistance Procedures Manual), RFA (Request for Applications), E-76, and closeout procedures.
  • Proficient in monitoring and managing the implementation of grants post-award.

  • 15+ years of professional experience in managing grants for Highway/ Rail and Transit Capital Improvements Projects
  • Full-time basis; Remote position

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
