Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Assist in the development of new material and updates to existing material, as directed;
  • Handle requested edits to press releases and article drafts;
  • Identify images related to content at request of marketing coordinators, specialists, and managers;
  • Support requests for assistance by other marketing staff;
  • Gather proposal/quals data related to previous submittals (both ours and competitors);
  • Assist with SOQs/proposals, including editing and graphics; prepare for digital and/or print reproduction;
  • Record and distribute notes from pre-submittal meetings;
  • Create MS Teams sites for proposal teams, set up folders, and add team members;
  • As directed, assist with the set up/framing of proposal and cover letter templates;
  • Gather resumes and project descriptions as directed by proposal team;
  • Enter industry event information into the tracking system/database (speaking, sponsoring, attending);
  • Assist with event registration and sponsorship logistics;
  • Assist speakers with formatting and graphics of presentation slides;
  • Perform general office duties and responsibilities including word processing, filing, document scanning, photocopying, and emailing; and
  • Assist marketing staff with travel arrangements.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Associates degree. (required)
  • 2 years of marketing experience. (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office and Adobe programs. (required)
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex marketing, and business documents. (required)
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and logically. (required)
  • Must have excellent communication skills which facilitate effective verbal and written communication internally and externally on general marketing and business topics. (required)
