Job Description

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Program Manager to provide facilities program management support to our CDC customer located in Morgantown, WV.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the planning, implementation, management, performance, and supervision of the contract
  • Coordinate maintenance, repair, and operational activities for facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee budget planning, allocation, and execution for facility-related projects and programs.
  • Oversee contracts with external vendors and service providers for facility maintenance, construction, and support services.
  • Other duties as needed.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or similar field.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in facilities management is required.
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in facilities management can be considered in lieu of a degree.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check.
