We're searching for an experienced Tenant Experience & Engagement Manager to create inclusive engagement opportunities at our San Francisco Bay Area's Life Science campuses. This position offers a hybrid work model, which includes 4 days in office and 1 day remotely. Hybrid work may be modified based on the needs of the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, schedule, promote and execute site activations and events from concept to completion in collaboration with Property Management teams and 3rd party service providers.
  • Attend events to ensure proper execution and setup, as well maintain a presence as the BioMed Realty representative.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party event consultants to create new site activation ideas and work with property management teams to roll out.
  • Facilitate obtaining compliant COI's associated with on-site events and activations.
  • Curate content for monthly digital newsletters, and collaborate with Marketing and signage vendors to create site activation digital/physical promotional material for multiple mediums including: emails, digital communication screens, App content, posters and banners.
  • Manage marketing material curation and distribution, and coordinate with Property Management teams to ensure physical marketing material set up is in line with promotional material standards.
  • Post event photos within 3 days of event.
  • Conduct and track post-event evaluations to assess the success of activations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics related to site activations, such as attendance, engagement, and feedback, to measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Utilize and manage contact lists to issue newsletters and promote site activations to the community and BioMed's Bay Area tenant base.
  • Manage and update company calendars and campus websites/calendars to reflect most up to date site activations.
  • Maintain company Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) tracking spreadsheets to reflect all Bay Area activations.
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with BioMed's corporate Marketing team to ensure campus activation and marketing strategies align with the corporate Discover Here Series branding standards.
  • Work with corporate marketing team to ensure the Discover Here Series website is up to date with campus activations.
  • Negotiate contracts with area vendors for best price, product and service.
  • Create calendar of events for all Bay Area properties.
  • Closely collaborate with Property Management teams to create and track annual activation budgets and provide each management team accurate costs for activations.
  • Establish practices to increase tenant participation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations to enhance community engagement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative and competitive site activation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports through routine meetings to property management team on the success and impact of site activations.

Job Specifications:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in event planning and event program management
  • Experience working in a demanding, fast paced, and innovative environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, MailChimp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google Analytics
  • Graphic design, digital marketing and photography skills are a plus
  • Possesses foresight to organize event logistics up to 2,000 attendees
  • Eye for clean, concise marketing collateral
  • Concierge experience a plus
  • Creative and strategic thinking
  • Strong event management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to appropriately manage priorities while supporting multiple assets and team members
  • Ability to travel frequently in the Bay Area to support all local assets

Salary Range: $80,300 - $101,200 per year + bonus + benefits
