Read and understand engineering drawings to Assemble and Wire Hot Runner components.
Set up and Assemble Molds/Hot Runners in a timely manner, meet deadlines.
Produce high quality products.
Check all Assembled parts to the dimensions specified on the engineering drawing and conform to all certification requirements.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Work to verbal and written instructions.
Support an environment of growth and enthusiasm with other associates.
Qualifications:
5 years' experience in plastics manufacturing preferred
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Knowledge of electrical wiring schematics
Ability to work independently.
Good math skills
Know and understand "Quality at the Source"
Understand and practice safe working methods
Basic understanding of tools
Mold Assembly experience
Be willing to work to ISO / QS 9000 standards and have a commitment to continuous improvement
