Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and initiate all business development efforts in and out of the bank
Supervise
Increase New accounts and overall deposits
Increase loans
Be able to originate and produce Consumer Loans
Refer Commercial Loans to Main Bank
Refer Mortgage loans to Main Bank
Handle all aspects of daily transactions such as deposits, wires, transfers, customer inquiries, etc.
Be familiar with and provide other products to customers (i.e. merchant services, CD and other bank products)
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Proficient computer skills
General Ledger knowledge
