Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead and initiate all business development efforts in and out of the bank
 
  • Supervise
 
  • Increase New accounts and overall deposits
 
  • Increase loans
 
    • Be able to originate and produce Consumer Loans
    • Refer Commercial Loans to Main Bank
    • Refer Mortgage loans to Main Bank
 
  • Handle all aspects of daily transactions such as deposits, wires, transfers, customer inquiries, etc.
 
  • Be familiar with and provide other products to customers (i.e. merchant services, CD and other bank products)


Required Skills:
 
  • Excellent customer service skills
 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
  • Detail oriented and organized
 
  • Proficient computer skills
 
  • General Ledger knowledge
