Responsibilities

  • Review maintenance type transactions for credit cards, debit cards, online banking and treasury services. Includes verifying data entry in online banking, credit card, and core systems compared to maintenance and other supporting documentation. Verifies clients onboarded on applicable sub-systems, proper authorization obtained, appropriate limits, and accounts linked correctly.
  • Coordinates with bank staff to obtain missing required documentation and ensures all corrections are completed in a timely manner.
  • Review existing profile setup for business and consumer to ensure accuracy. Includes verifying accounts linked, services, and limits are correct.
  • Reviews debit card disputes to ensure compliance with Regulation E.
  • Reviews Online Banking group parameter changes to ensure proper authorization obtained and verify changes.
  • Responsible for ensuring all exception limits are brought back to appropriate levels in a timely manner.
  • Verifies applicable client authorizations are obtained for access to online banking, treasury services and limit changes requested both for commercial clients and consumer.
  • Reviews, researches and submits corrections needed all items on various designated exception reports as assigned.
  • Maintains callback and exception reports properly filed in date order as evidence of review and correction.
  • Maintains a proactive commitment to established bank programs, such as Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Affirmative Action.
  • Provide supporting documentation and reports in response to management and audit/exam requests.
  • Complies fully with all Bank Operational policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Code of Conduct, etc.).
  • Completes all special projects as requested.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Q2 preferred.
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills and ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
