RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process print requests utilizing Digital Storefront software.
  • Ensure that copiers are properly maintained via daily quality inspections. Load copiers with paper on a daily basis and replenish toner cartridges as needed.
  • Place services calls on equipment and follow-up when needed.
  • Produce printed materials such as posters, manuals, table tents and other business-related materials.
  • Maintain copier usage, service records, and job tracking for monthly management reports.
  • Maintain inventory list of all copier / finishing supplies and order as needed.
  • Adherence to a strict confidentiality policy, ensuring client documents remain safe and shredding all waste or left over originals.
  • Manage the inventory and replenishment of supplies.
  • Maintains compliance with corporate, safety, security and regulatory policies.
  • Maintains work areas in a clean, safe and organized state including all work rooms & storage areas.
  • Operate all finishing equipment: Binding, cutting, folding, lamination, scoring, trimming etc.
  • Communicate all daily activity and or issues to the manager without delay.
  • Setup / troubleshoot client files for printing utilizing Adobe software.
  • Answer client questions via walk-in, e-mail, and telephone in a timely manner while providing an exceptional customer service experience at all times.
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Displays excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of copy experience required.
  • Minimum 1+ year customer/office services experience required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team- and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
  • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
  • Anticipates challenges and key deliverables well in advance of deadline; adept at forecasting needs and plans workload and calendar accordingly; performs tasks with a sense of urgency and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds.
