Role and Responsibilities

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, les taches suivantes incombent a l'Analyste financier II:

  • Assister l'equipe d'analystes financiers dans plusieurs domaines tels que l'ensemble des etapes de la cloture mensuelle et la preparation de divers rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels.
  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les filiales.
  • Verifier et analyser les chiffres mensuels.
  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec la haute direction.
  • Participer aux processus annuels d'etablissement des budgets et des previsions.
  • Participer a differents projets speciaux et a des analyses ponctuelles.

Qualifications

  • Diplome universitaire en comptabilite ou en finances.
  • Accreditation reconnue en comptabilite (CMA, CA, CGA).
  • Un minimum de 4a6ans d'experience professionnelle dans le domaine de l'analyse financiere (responsabilite en matiere d'information financiere ou d'analyse du rendement financier).
  • Capable de travailler sur des projets de maniere autonome.
  • Experience en matiere de consolidation.
  • Esprit creatif, capacite de proposer des idees innovantes.
  • Bonnes aptitudes analytiques et techniques.
  • Solides competences relationnelles avec une capacite manifeste a communiquer des idees et des actions aux salaries de l'entreprise a tous les niveaux de celle-ci.
  • Axe sur les resultats avec un souci du detail prononce.
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite MicrosoftOffice (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Connaissance des systemes HyperionEnterprise et Oracle, un atout
  • Maitrise de l'anglais et xxx.

The role we are offering you:

The Finance Analyst II owns and analyzes financial statements while working closely with the business and Finance leadership to ensure accuracy. This position owns and distributes regular reporting to the business and Finance. This role implements best practices, streamlines processes and enables efficient workflow to ensure timely reporting. Are you ready to:

  • Assist the financial analysts' team in several areas (all steps of monthly closing, preparation of various monthly and quarterly financial reports, etc.)
  • Work closely with the subsidiaries.
  • Verify and analyze monthly figures.
  • Work closely with senior management.
  • Participate in the annual budget and forecasting processes.
  • Participate in different special projects and ad hoc analyses.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • University degree in accounting or finance.
  • Recognized accounting certification (CMA, CA, CGA).
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of previous financial analyst responsibilities, such as financial reporting and analyzing financial performance.
  • Capable of working on projects with little guidance.
  • Consolidation experience.
  • Creative mind/able to think outside of the box.
  • Good analytical and technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to people at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise and Oracle systems, an asset.
  • Fluency in English
