Role Description & Responsibilities

As a SOLIDWORKS Learning Experience Specialist, you will develop learning materials featuring Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Document Management software. The training content targets a diverse audience, including 3DS employees, partners, academics, customers, and individuals.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and creating self-paced eLearning materials or instructor-led materials that effectively challenge and engage a wide audience who use PLM and Document Management software.

Developing Engaging eLearning Experiences:

* Utilizing multimedia elements, interactive exercises, and assessments to enhance learning experiences

* Developing and writing engaging and technically accurate materials for instructor-led classes

* Occasionally delivering classes and webinars teaching 3DS products to partner channels, customers and other employees

Building Relationships with Subject Matter Experts:

* Collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance knowledge sharing and obtain technical reviews of learning materials

* Working with the Training Team to incorporate instructional design strategies and technologies into learning materials

* Contributing to effective learning modules that match the quality and style of existing materials

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Information Sciences or a related field

Working in the Dassault Systemes Americas Headquarters' located in Waltham, MA on a hybrid schedule

Strong desire to learn and to teach

Knowledge of product data management (PDM) and product lifecycle management (PLM) applications

SOLIDWORKS PDM Administration Professional (CPAP)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
