The Corporate Counsel (CC) will serve as a key member of the Company's Legal Department and will primarily assist with managing the Company's U.S. government contracts and commercial contracts. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with general contract drafting, review, negotiation, and management; providing legal advice on an as needed basis to business units within the Company on a wide range of legal issues; and assisting with management of the Company's regulatory compliance. This role will report to the General Counsel & Compliance Officer (GCCO).
Authorities: Review and approve contracts for the company. Recommend changes to the company's compliance program or general practices which may involve legal or regulatory liability in accordance with the strategic business plan. Oversee the ongoing continual improvement of the legal function utilizing best practices.

Educational Experience - J.D. from an accredited law school.
Experience - at least 5 years of law firm and/or in-house legal counsel experience.
