EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Provide financial business support to Corporate Marketing and Worldwide Facilities and EH&S Functional Areas
  • Interact closely with business partners as part of information gathering, analysis and vetting.
  • Prepare timely and accurate material for the monthly reporting and intra-quarter updates.
  • Support monthly close process including reviewing open PO report, preparing accruals, review Prepaids, collaborate with Accounting to ensure correct reporting.
  • Review and manage capital expenditures, headcount and purchase requisition approvals.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews / Annual Operating Plan
  • Support Corporate FP&A shared services, reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare quarterly regional financials, provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Support 10Q/K filings and quarter-end close activities.
  • Assist Corporate Finance in continuous process improvement, establishing process documentation and procedures.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested.
EDUCATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, or business.
  • Ability to successfully work independently, strong attention to detail.
  • FP&A or equivalent planning & analysis and management accounting experience
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to lead or be a significant contributor to cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Experience in annual planning cycle, forecasting cycle and management reporting processes required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of departments and personalities to achieve quality results.
  • ERP system + reporting system experience (Oracle /EPBCS)
  • MS Office (expertise in EXCEL & PowerPoint)
The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $84,800 and $111,300. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
