In this role, you'll:

  • Train and coach others on best practices in schedule creation and management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects.
  • Expertise in construction scheduling software and familiarity with Lean construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A strong understanding of construction scheduling principles.
  • Proactive, organized, and self-motivated.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships.
