Our Team

This role will be based in Wichita, KS, with a hybrid work environment (ability to work remote 2 days/week).


What You Will Do

  • Manage settlement business processes
  • Review invoices and ensure accurate invoice processing
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Treasury and provide Insights to business partners
  • Identify and drive process improvements/transformations
  • Collaborate with various business capabilities to strategize and find opportunities to improve KAES overall working capital

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in an accounting, finance or other professional role
  • Experience working with detailed, time sensitive tasks
  • Experience with data analysis and using advanced formulas & pivot tables in Microsoft Excel


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related Business field
  • Experience using OneStream, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or other data visualization tools and/or other advanced technologies (machine learning, AI, etc.)
