We're seeking a future team member for the role of Service Director to join our Securities Services and Digital Business. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a Hybrid role (3 days a week in office).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Deliver exceptional service aligned to client needs and expectations.
  • Leads team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to clients.
  • Provide strong client governance.
  • Focus on continuous service improvements across all products and services.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business and model.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field is required.
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in servicing clients in the insurance, corporate or financial industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.\
