We are hiring for a general dentist who is looking to be part of a team that works together to give our patients an excellent experience and the most comprehensive care possible. Our office is open Monday - Wednesday 8 am - 5 pm; Thursday 7 am - 7 pm and Friday 8 am - 1 pm. After hours emergencies and weekends are shared.

Technology includes iTero and Cerec scanners, CBCT and digital imaging, same day crowns and 3-D printing.

Compensation and benefits include $800 - $1000/day with bonuses on collections, health insurance, malpractice insurance, 401K with a match, PTO and CE.

A partnership or buy-in after 1 year is open to discussion .

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carry out services and treatment plans.
• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic, and extractions as per their comfort level.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and practice policies.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with other dental professionals in the practice to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license in Arkansas
• Active DEA and CPR
• New graduates and more experienced dentists are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with computer technology
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
