About the role:
Watsco, Inc.'s International Division is in search of a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in administering and enhancing our Salesforce environment to support our operations that extend into Central America, the Caribbean, and Northern South America.
Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will be responsible for ensuring our Salesforce Org meets the evolving needs of our international sales and operations. This role involves close collaboration with teams to develop and implement effective CRM strategies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and customize the Salesforce Org to support international business operations.
- Gather and analyze requirements for process mapping and solution design in Salesforce.
- Utilize declarative programming tools within Salesforce, such as Flows, and foundational knowledge of Apex.
- Manage contracted developers to ensure timely delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and manage tasks using Atlassian's Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative programming, including Flows and a basic understanding of Apex.
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
