We are seeking a versatile and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family Medicine team in a Triage and Float role. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in both a triage capacity, assisting patients remotely, and as a float nurse, providing direct patient care in various clinical settings within our healthcare organization. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current RN License to practice, State of Iowa.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Mandatory Reporter training.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
