This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

The Field Support Representative is responsible for providing quality customer service to field offices, producer/representatives, and other partners. This position provides assistance to customers; ensures that they are satisfied with the outcome, and that all internal and external records are handled within regulatory guidelines.

What you do

  • Provide exemplary customer service support to our Sales teams.
  • Calculate and analyze production credit for New Business, Policy Changes and Section 125 growth.
  • Reconciliation and approval of expense reports in Concur for Field Sales teams.
  • Assist Sales teams with ordering booth supplies for industry shows, provider lists and many other miscellaneous duties.
  • Upkeep of multiple reference lists as they relate to our Sales Teams (lead lists, contact information lists, etc.)
  • Provide phone support the Group Sales line and for other departments as required for business needs.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining Relationship Broker records/database.
  • Process workflow relating to new Relationship Brokers (New Business) and updates due to Agent of Record changes.
  • Additional duties as required.

What you bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years related experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous Customer Services experience is a plus
  • Previous data entry experience is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the GMR operating system preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Detail oriented.
