Shape the Future of Our Workforce: Training Coordinator (Supervisory Role/Packaging Manufacturing)

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Training Coordinator leading a team of Trainers!
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in building a highly skilled workforce. You'll develop and deliver training programs across our packaging manufacturing facility, ensuring all employees have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
Here's what you'll do:
  • Become a training champion:Partner with leadership to identify training needs and develop customized programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Craft engaging training:Design and deliver effective training sessions, utilizing a variety of methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Empower new hires:Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring they're well-equipped for success on the job.
  • Be a champion for safety:Integrate safety procedures into all training programs and promote safe work practices.
  • Measure and improve:Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to ensure ongoing program optimization.
  • Collaborate with a winning team:Work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure the Career Progression Program is followed effectively.

We're looking for someone with:
  • 4+ years of experience developing or delivering training in a manufacturing environment.
  • A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles (a plus!).
  • Experience with Training Within Industry (TWI) and ADDIE models preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with employees at all levels.
  • The ability to present information clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • A high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership a plus.
  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus!
