*We are open to candidates based in any major city in our West Division with the ability to travel 40 - 60% of the time. Locations include but are not limited to: Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Diego, Dallas and Houston.
What is the opportunity?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing business line within RBC Wealth Management-US. The Alternative Investments Consultant will be an integral member of alternative investment product team, responsible for accelerating advisor and client adoption of alternative investment strategies through training and education, marketing, and portfolio construction advice. The Alternative Investments Consultant will partner closely with the product and research teams, and will be responsible for sales and business development leadership within a geographic footprint including approximately 50 branch offices and including roughly ~700 financial advisors.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $85,000 - $150,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements that comprise our total compensation package, which includes the following: commission sharing eligibility for select roles, a discretionary bonus, a paid time-off plan, our 401(k) program with company-matching contributions, and our health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
