We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our AML Team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of projects and enhancing our analytical capabilities.
  • Utilizes strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to create presentations and reports that aid in decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Communicates with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve issues as needed.
  • Leads the team in managing project escalations and holds team members accountable for their contributions.
  • Assists in the preparation and communication of business strategy, performance, and priorities to a broad audience.
  • Operates with an efficient, analytical mindset, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who represents AML operations in various projects and programs.
  • Coaches team members to enhance their skills, fostering strong interpersonal relationships through exemplary verbal and written communication.
  • Works autonomously, taking initiative in a structured environment in line with good governance practices.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience ideally within banking operations and / or AML is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
