Your Role With Us:As our next Solution Center Operator, you will:Processes switchboard activities through the communication systems in a pleasant, courteous, prompt, complete and accurate manner according to approved policies and procedures. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot customer issues, and follow up on customer interactions. Monitors all alarm systems in call center/switchboard and notifies appropriate person or response team according to approved policies and procedures. One of the following required: One (1) year contact center, OR One (1) year Helpdesk, OR One (1) year Customer Service experience.Ability to follow scripts and workflow diagrams required; Healthcare knowledge preferred; Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office SuiteStrong communication skills, both written and verbal; Technical knowledge of personal computer operations, basic network operations and data communications set-upsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; Demonstrates flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work volume, emergency staffing and schedulingMust be able to function well under pressure.Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics is an equal opportunity employer.
