RUCKUS Wi-Fi access points are synonymous with high-performance, and as a senior product manager in the CommScope RUCKUS wireless team, you will be joining the team that plays a pivotal role in driving the development, strategy, and execution of cutting-edge wireless access point solutions to deliver thebest experience in Wi-Fi. Our mission is to define the future of Wi-Fi and the high-performance wireless products that our customers have come to expect from RUCKUS.

This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our product offerings. Your responsibilities will include product definition, roadmap expansion, and competitive positioning as well as working closely with engineering, sales, vendors, and customers to elevate RUCKUS's position as a leader.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement a cutting-edge product strategy for RUCKUS WiFi Access points, delving into market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

Roadmap Excellence: Define and articulate a compelling product roadmap that not only aligns with business goals but also exceeds customer expectations. Ensure the timely and triumphant delivery of each product release.

Market Insight Maven: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence. Seize opportunities and navigate threats, using this valuable information to shape our product decisions.

Collaboration Maestro: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to orchestrate a unified approach to product development and launch.

Customer Centricity: Champion customer-focused product development by gathering and integrating customer feedback into product enhancements. Elevate customer satisfaction to new heights.

Financial Savvy: Make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and maximize Return on Investment (RoI). Play a crucial role in the financial success of our products.

Lifecycle Maestro: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life. Ensure our products not only meet stringent quality standards but are also delivered on time and within budget.

Communication Prodigy: Masterfully communicate product strategies, features, and benefits to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. Serve as the spokesperson for RUCKUS products conveying our vision and value with confidence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in product management (3 years+), particularly in networking or technology-related fields (8 years+).
  • Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused with a keen eye for user experience and product quality.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.This position's expected compensation is $102,000.00-$140,000.00
