Job Description:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory, performing cycle counting duties and audits to ensure that all inventory is properly verified and trackable in Agiliti systems and processes. The Inventory Specialist will maintain readiness of on-hand equipment and developing procedures to effectively manage and maintain inventory. Duties also include miscellaneous warehouse activities to maintain inventory accuracy as well as collaborating with Inventory Analyst to ensure inventory accuracy.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order supplies and materials as needed
  • Closely coordinate and execute deployment process to ensure delivery in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain cycle count to ensure accuracy
  • Confirms inventory verification through Agiliti's systems and processes, as well as reporting all discrepancies and correcting accordingly
  • Completion of warehouse inventory in a timely manner and correction of errors found
  • Coordinated movement of equipment and repairs to external parties
  • Coordinate shipment of all inbound and outbound inventory and ensure accuracy
  • Participate in system wide initiatives as need
  • Responsible for quality initiative as assigned
  • Maintaining all warehouse record keeping and on-call documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma Required. (Associate Degree or above Preferred)
  • Advanced Data input experience
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk, bend, stand and sit up to 8 hours
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification and handle equipment
  • Less than 10% travel may be required

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced computer and math skills
  • Microsoft Office skills (including advanced Excel experience)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented and multitasking skills
