Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for developing, deploying, and supporting our M365 ecosystem, including both tenant configuration of Exchange, OneDrive for business, Teams, and SharePoint online. Serve as the product expert for M365 suite of applications and tools. Deliver on M365 applications and tools to enhance workplace systems and services capabilities. Manage and maintain M365 applications and tools standard configuration and delivery for high end-user utilization, efficiency, proficiency, and satisfaction. Deliver a high-level of availability, optimal performance, and seamless user experience.

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, using the standard of 2 years of applicable experience equals 1 year of education

Preferred:

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Minimum:

Preferred: MS Certification in cloud applications

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum:

Preferred: Three years' knowledge and experience with M365 administration, user management and permissions. Understanding of M365 security, compliance policies, and data protection concepts.

YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum: Three years' experience managing and supporting M365 and/or related tools

Preferred: Experience working in a Healthcare IT environment
