HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

The Director of Product Sales & Marketing, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, will lead the strategic planning and execution of ETR's product marketing and sales initiatives. This dynamic leader will devise a cohesive annual plan, steer a talented team of Regional Account Managers, and oversee Sales Operations and Marketing personnel to achieve the targeted sales objectives. This position is remote and can work anywhere within the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of growth.
  • 7+ years of experience in mentoring, managing, and supervising sales and sales support staff, preferably in EdTech or K12 Education.
  • Deep experience in technology, digital products, and SaaS revenue models.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the K-12 educational landscape, including technology and curriculum resources.
  • Proven track record at achieving sales goals and objectives with a solid record of progressive growth.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
  • Experience working with executive-level leadership internally and externally.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM tools like Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce systems, digital merchandising, web store functionality, and events registration a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • The use of a personal vehicle or rental car for ETR business will require a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Deep experience in:

  • Creating and executing product sales strategy.
  • Mentoring, managing, and supervising marketing, sales, and sales support staff.
  • Developing and managing a multi-channel product marketing strategy
  • K-12 education, with a preference for EdTech and curriculum resources.

Location: Remote - United States

Starting Pay Range: $146,600-$179,100 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $146,600 to $162,800 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
