Community Staff Pharmacist-Full-Time

  • The Community Pharmacy Staff Pharmacist is responsible for performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, Board of Pharmacy, and State and Federal requirements.
  • The Community Staff Pharmacist maintains appropriate patient record documentation for clinical and dispensing services.
  • Adheres to best practices for medication safety and ensures appropriate documentation of medication events.
  • The Community Staff Pharmacist is responsible for inventory management functions, including maintaining 340B program integrity as applicable to practice site.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
  • Kentucky and/or Indiana Board of Pharmacy license in good standing. Licensure in surrounding states might be necessary/preferred to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Current immunization certificate required within six (6) months of hire
  • Community experience preferred
