Summary:

Goldbelt Apex LLC seeks a Drafter/CADD Operator IV to serve as the primary point of contact and resource for Project Managers. This role will assist with designing construction projects, adjusting current drawings, and recommending changes based on knowledge and understanding of each project.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

    Drafting and design Computer-aided design (CADD) drawings. Develop and maintain customization of CADD templates and layering standards.
  • Follow project schedules. Work closely with government project managers, and project engineers to assist with development of project packages.
  • Assist in developing and reviewing Architectural/Engineering (NE) service packages, plans, and specifications for construction projects. Assist in the maintenance of the CAD and Draw base drawing libraries.
  • Maintain Master construction specifications and drawings. Maintain Master Life Safety Drawings. Prepare presentation materials using AutoCAD graphic.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Computer Aid Designed (CAD) programming
  • Must exercise a positive, helpful demeanor, display courtesy and tact frequently under stressful conditions.
  • Microsoft Office

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months experience with Computer Aid Designed (CAD) programming over the past 5 years.
  • Autodesk Certified User: AutoCAD or Autodesk
  • US Citizen
