Position Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

Position Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will enhance our marketing efforts by automating critical marketing tasks, managing transactional communications, and contributing creatively to our content strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Automation of Marketing Tasks: You will be responsible for implementing software solutions to automate crucial marketing tasks.
  • Management of Transactional Communications: Take charge of crafting transactional emails and SMS communications triggered by customer interactions such as appointments, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our creative teams to design engaging graphics, write compelling marketing copy, and develop effective marketing automation. Your role will be pivotal in creating content that resonates with our customers' journeys.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Build and optimize email workflows and SMS automation systems. Your focus will be on enhancing efficiency across various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using popular marketing automation tools such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Associate degree in Marketing or related field; or equivalent mix of education and work experience preferred.

Licensure:

Experience:

  • Minimum three years of work experience in marketing automationpreferred.
  • Expertise with one or more marketing automation platforms, such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Elqoua preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of event-based tracking, real-time triggers, and marketing analytics.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, develop and implement creative marketing campaigns, and analyze data to measure results.
  • Capacity to grow and develop skills in marketing automation.
  • Marketing automation tool expertise, including demonstrated creation of customer journeys with impactful results
  • Knowledge of event-based tracking, real-time triggers, and marketing analytics
  • Proven ability to think strategically, develop and implement creative marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data to measure results.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • While performing the essential duties of this position, an employee would frequently be required to stand, walk, and sit.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Our company offers a dynamic hybrid work arrangement, which requires three days on-site, in the Sugar Land, TX office. Our retail roles are required to be onsite at the branch locations.
