Job Description

Torch Technologies is seeking a Counter- small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Capabilities Analyst. The successful candidate willprovide expertise and adviceto support the Joint C-sUAS Office (JCO) Requirements and Integration Division Chief, JCO Director, and other senior JCO leaders concerning C-sUAS efforts including; Electronic Warfare, Sensors, C-sUAS Weapons, and emerging C-sUAS technologies.In this position, the incumbent will assist in developing, synchronizing, and integrating DoD C-sUAS capabilities into the Joint Force. The successful candidate will support development of a diverse portfolio of C-sUAS systems across the Combatant Commands, Military Services and Federal agencies.

Duties will include:

• Maintain an understanding of the C-sUAS mission and its supporting technologies.
• Understanding and presenting technical C-sUAS concepts to Senior Leaders with tactical and operational context.
• Document capability interoperability and performance issues.
• Conduct analysis and develop recommendations to improve the effectiveness of existing capabilities in order to meet operational requirements.
• Consult with program managers, system development teams and Military Services to guide development of C-sUAS solutions.
• Prepare briefings and represent the JCO at meetings, forums or conferences concerning organizational or functional areas of responsibility within the C-sUAS community of interest.
• Execute staff actions to support JCO efforts.
• Answer requests for information from C-sUAS stakeholders to include Congress, OSD and other key organizations.

Job Requirements

• Secret level security clearance is required, Top Secret preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• 10-15 years of related work experience
• Must have a basic understanding of the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) mission
• Senior Military Staff experience required
