Primary Responsibilities:
Software Platform Management:
Define and manage the development of functional specifications, screen wireframes, and test plans to ensure our platform meets business needs.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
SaaS Development:
Drive the development and implementation of new SaaS products and features.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback and market trends.
IT Security and Fraud Management:
Ensure that information security best practices are integrated into our platform and services.
Collaborate with leadership to develop policies and procedures to safeguard the company from fraud.
Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in custom software development and product management, with a focus on SaaS products and services. Required skills and qualifications include:
Business requirements analysis and documentation.
Development of functional specifications and external design specifications (user interface design and documentation).
Data analysis and specification.
Reporting requirements, design, and specification.
Quality assurance testing of reports and online applications.
Experience with custom software development of complex, data-intensive, UI-intensive business applications.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work well with both end-users and developers.
This position requires in-depth experience in planning, organizing, and coordinating large-scale software development/implementation of business applications for medium-to-large organizations. Experience working on enterprise projects for a global company is a plus. Knowledge of information security, data privacy, regulatory compliance, and IT audit procedures is essential.
