Job Summary:
The HR and Payroll Business Analyst will join our IT team based out of our Richmond, IN office or our Indianapolis, IN office. This role is responsible for managing the functional health of our Global Human Resources and US Payroll Application portfolio primarily consisting of 2 Key Systems - an on-premise SAP HCM Global implementation with integrated US Benefits and Payroll modules and a cloud based SAP SuccessFactors suite for Performance Management and Recruitment. The future state will be a Success Factors Employee Central (EC) solution. This role will ensure that all projects and system support primarily in the US Payroll and Benefits areas are implemented and maintained to quality by adopting best practice SAP configuration and technology. This hands-on role will be involved with Application Analysis and Design, System Configuration and Development, Integration, Maintenance and Support for the delivery of projects and minor/major releases primarily for US Payroll and Benefits.
